PhotoAI.cloud provides an online tool to remove visible Gemini AI watermarks from images using reverse alpha blending technology. The Service does not remove invisible (SynthID) watermarks.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for images that you own, have created, or have explicit legal authorization to modify. Permitted uses include:
— Removing watermarks from images you generated using AI tools
— Processing images for which you hold the copyright or have a license permitting modification
— Personal, commercial, and research use on your own content
4. Prohibited Use
You may NOT use the Service to:
— Remove watermarks from images you do not own or have no right to modify
— Circumvent copyright protections on third-party content
— Process content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates any applicable law
— Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API
— Use automated tools to flood the Service with requests beyond normal use
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the images you upload and the processed results you download. PhotoAI.cloud does not claim any ownership over your content.
The underlying technology, branding, and software of PhotoAI.cloud are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the watermark removal will be perfect in all cases, as results may vary based on image content and watermark placement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoAI.cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or image quality degradation.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
